Community Involvement

Board and Committee Involvement

Founder and Director Katlin Rogers is actively involved in the cultural community through volunteer board and committee leadership roles focused on stewardship, accessibility, and arts engagement.

Katlin currently serves on the Board of Directors and as Chair of the Art Committee at The University Club of Toronto, where she oversees collection strategy, exhibitions, acquisitions, educational programming, and institutional partnerships. She has also contributed to the International Society of Appraiser’s Fine Art and Sponsorship committees, helping to raise funds and build annual conference and year-round educational programming.

Mentorship and Emerging Professionals

Supporting the next generation of arts professionals is an important part of RAA’s community mandate. Through internship opportunities, mentorship, and collaborative projects with post-secondary institutions, RAA provides emerging professionals with hands-on exposure to collection management, appraisal methodology, cataloguing, market research, and collection stewardship practices.
